* Please note that prices in the online store are displayed in GBP Sterling. If you elect to pay by credit card you can choose your payment currency when you reach the payment gateway (WorldPay). If you choose to pay in Euros the sterling amount will then be converted to Euros at the exchange rate of the day.

Retail Discounts
Discounts are available to retail customers when 4 or more items are purchased at the same time. To receive the discount please email, or call us, before ordering and we will provide a promotion code to unlock the discount during checkout.

Trade Prices
If you are a registered company in the EU and you wish to purchase our products for re-sale to your clients you should be elibible for trade discount. Please call or email to enquire.

VAT
If you are registered for VAT in any EU country (except the UK) we will not charge you VAT, provided that you tick the appropriate box at the checkout and enter a valid EU VAT number. Please note that any VAT number quoted must be validated by this page before we can accept it.

How to buy

However, the basic process is:

Select Items to Purchase (prices do not include VAT)
Specify Shipping Country (can be different to billing address)
Check Basket Contents
Choose Shipping Method
Proceed to Checkout
Enter Address and Other Details (determines postage cost)
Select Payment Method (cheque or credit/debit card)
Make Payment (takes you off to WorldPay to complete credit card transaction)

Payment can be made online using any of the Credit Cards shown. Secure online payment is processed by WorldPay. WorldPay is owned and managed by the Royal Bank of Scotland. Transactions are processed in a secure environment according to the strictest Internet guidelines. Humm-Busters does not see or cannot retain any of your credit card information.

Alternatively you can configure your order online and choose to Pay by Cheque. You simply print your order and follow the payment instructions included. N.B. We regret that we only accept cheque payment via cheques drawn on UK banks in pounds sterling.

For both payment methods the cost of postage and packing will be calculated according to the items selected and the delivery address specified.

Orders will normally be despatched within one day of receipt of online payment or cleared funds in the case of payment by cheque.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery in the UK and 10 working days elsewhere in the EU.
